# First Day In Trivexis

> A practical checklist for getting oriented in the Portal.

Use this checklist when you first sign in or when helping a teammate get started.

    Make sure you are working inside the right Organisation. If you belong to more than one
    Organisation, confirm the active workspace before reviewing data or changing settings.

  <Step title="Open the Brief">
    Start with the Brief to understand what Trivexis thinks is important today. Treat it as an
    orientation surface, not a replacement for your judgement.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review Inbox and Needs you">
    Use Inbox for communication and customer activity. Use Needs you for items that require a human
    decision, approval, or intervention.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Try Trix with a low-risk question">
    Ask Trix to summarise context or prepare a draft. Review the answer before relying on it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check integrations">
    Open settings or ask your team lead which systems are connected. Better connected data gives
    Trivexis better context.

  For customer-facing messages, treat Trix output as a draft. Read it, adjust it, and approve only
  when it sounds right for your customer and agency.
