| Brief        | Your daily orientation surface for priorities and context.                 |
| Inbox        | The place to review communication and customer activity needing attention. |
| Needs you    | Items that require a human decision, approval, or intervention.            |
| Organisation | Your agency or business account in Trivexis.                               |
| User         | A person with access to your Organisation.                                 |

## How Trivexis Fits Into Work

Trivexis is designed to sit beside the systems your agency already uses. Connected work data helps
the Portal and Trix show useful context, but your team stays in control of decisions, customer
