# Google And Microsoft

> How work-account connections can improve Trivexis context.

Google and Microsoft work accounts can help Trivexis understand day-to-day work context such as
calendar, communication, or account signals where those capabilities are enabled.

## Why Connect A Work Account

A connected work account can help Trivexis:

* prepare better daily context
* understand upcoming work
* reduce manual copying between tools
* support more useful summaries and drafts

## Setup Basics

If your Organisation has work-account connection enabled:

1. Open the relevant settings area in the Portal.
2. Choose Google or Microsoft.
3. Follow the provider's consent flow.
4. Return to Trivexis and confirm the connection status.

## Troubleshooting

If connection fails, check that:

* you used the correct work account
* your browser did not block the provider sign-in window
* your organisation allows the requested provider permissions
* you completed the provider consent step
