# Integrations Overview

> Understand how connected systems fit into Trivexis.

Integrations help Trivexis understand your work context. Connected systems can provide the signals
that power better summaries, daily priorities, drafts, and operational guidance.

## What Integrations Are For

Integrations are used to bring work context into Trivexis. Depending on your Organisation and
rollout, that context may include customer records, activity, calendars, communication, or billing
state.

## How To Think About Connected Data

Trivexis is designed to augment your existing systems, not make your team blindly replace them.
When a connected system remains the source of truth, Trivexis uses that data to prepare better
work while keeping important decisions under human control.

## Common Setup Questions

| Question | Where to start |
| --------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Which systems can connect? | Ask your Trivexis contact or check available settings in the Portal. |
| Why is context missing? | Confirm the integration is connected and has permission to read the relevant data. |
| Who can configure integrations? | Usually a principal, admin, or authorised team member. |
| Can Trix change external systems? | Only where that capability is enabled and guarded by review/confirmation. |

<Note>
Available integrations depend on rollout status and your Organisation's plan.
