# Rex

Rex is a common CRM system for Australian real estate agencies. Where enabled, a Rex connection can
help Trivexis understand customer, property, listing, and activity context.

## What Rex Helps With

Rex-connected context can support:

* better customer and listing summaries
* more useful daily priorities
* faster preparation before calls or follow-ups
* clearer context for Trix drafts and explanations

## Source Of Truth

When Rex is connected as the agency's CRM, treat Rex as the source of truth for CRM records unless
your Trivexis rollout says otherwise. Trivexis uses the connection to augment work and prepare
better context.

## If Rex Context Looks Wrong

1. Confirm the Rex connection is active.
2. Check whether the relevant Rex record exists and is up to date.
3. Confirm the right user or office has access.
4. Ask support if the issue persists.
