# Drafts And Approvals

> Keep human review in the loop for important work.

Drafts and Approvals are how Trivexis keeps assisted work controlled.

## Drafts

A Draft is suggested content or a proposed next step that has not been approved yet. Drafts are
useful when Trix can save time, but a person should still check the result.

Review drafts for:

* accuracy
* customer context
* tone and brand voice
* compliance-sensitive wording
* timing

## Approvals

An Approval is the explicit human confirmation that a draft or action is ready to proceed.

Before approving, ask:

* Is this correct for the customer?
* Does it match the agency's tone?
* Is anything missing?
* Would I be comfortable if this were sent or actioned now?

  Do not approve a draft just because it is well written. Approve it only when it is accurate and
  appropriate for the situation.
