# Portal Guide

> Understand the main surfaces inside the Trivexis Portal.

The Portal is the authenticated workspace for your Organisation. It brings together your daily
priorities, Trix, communication activity, items needing review, and account settings.

## Main Surfaces

| Surface   | Use it for                                                              |
| --------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Brief     | Orienting yourself to the day and current priorities.                   |
| Trix      | Asking for context, drafts, preparation, and assisted work.             |
| Inbox     | Reviewing communication and customer activity.                          |
| Needs you | Handling items that require explicit human attention.                   |
| Settings  | Managing account, team, billing, and integration setup where available. |

## Daily Flow

1. Start with Brief.
2. Review Inbox for customer activity.
3. Clear Needs you items that block progress.
4. Use Trix to prepare drafts or summarise context.
5. Confirm important customer-facing actions before they happen.

## Working With Team Context

Trivexis uses Organisation and User context to keep work scoped to the right business account.
Depending on your rollout, team and segment settings may shape what you can see and do in the
Portal.
