# Account And Access

> Troubleshoot sign-in, Organisation access, and user membership.

Account and access issues usually involve the user identity, the active Organisation, or the
permissions available to that user.

## Sign-In Problems

Try these first:

1. Confirm you are using the correct work email.
2. Complete any identity-provider prompts.
3. Try again in a fresh browser window.
4. Ask your Organisation admin to confirm you have been invited.

## Wrong Or Missing Organisation

If you can sign in but cannot see the expected Organisation:

* confirm the invitation was sent to the same email you used to sign in
* check whether you belong to more than one Organisation
* ask an admin to confirm your membership

## Permission Questions

If you can see the Organisation but cannot access a feature, your role or rollout status may not
include it yet. Ask your principal, admin, or Trivexis contact to confirm your access.
