Use this checklist when you first sign in or when helping a teammate get started.
1

Confirm your Organisation

Make sure you are working inside the right Organisation. If you belong to more than one Organisation, confirm the active workspace before reviewing data or changing settings.
2

Open the Brief

Start with the Brief to understand what Trivexis thinks is important today. Treat it as an orientation surface, not a replacement for your judgement.
3

Review Inbox and Needs you

Use Inbox for communication and customer activity. Use Needs you for items that require a human decision, approval, or intervention.
4

Try Trix with a low-risk question

Ask Trix to summarise context or prepare a draft. Review the answer before relying on it.
5

Check integrations

Open settings or ask your team lead which systems are connected. Better connected data gives Trivexis better context.

Good First Questions For Trix

  • “What needs my attention today?”
  • “Draft a follow-up for this enquiry.”
  • “Summarise the context before I call this contact.”
  • “What should I review before approving this message?”
For customer-facing messages, treat Trix output as a draft. Read it, adjust it, and approve only when it sounds right for your customer and agency.
