Sign-In Problems
Try these first:- Confirm you are using the correct work email.
- Complete any identity-provider prompts.
- Try again in a fresh browser window.
- Ask your Organisation admin to confirm you have been invited.
Wrong Or Missing Organisation
If you can sign in but cannot see the expected Organisation:- confirm the invitation was sent to the same email you used to sign in
- check whether you belong to more than one Organisation
- ask an admin to confirm your membership
Permission Questions
If you can see the Organisation but cannot access a feature, your role or rollout status may not include it yet. Ask your principal, admin, or Trivexis contact to confirm your access.For security, support may need to confirm account ownership before changing access.
