Working With Team Context

Trivexis uses Organisation and User context to keep work scoped to the right business account. Depending on your rollout, team and segment settings may shape what you can see and do in the Portal.
If something looks missing, first confirm you are in the right Organisation and that the relevant integration or feature is enabled for your account.
