Setup Basics
If your Organisation has work-account connection enabled:- Open the relevant settings area in the Portal.
- Choose Google or Microsoft.
- Follow the provider’s consent flow.
- Return to Trivexis and confirm the connection status.
Troubleshooting
If connection fails, check that:- you used the correct work account
- your browser did not block the provider sign-in window
- your organisation allows the requested provider permissions
- you completed the provider consent step
