Setup Basics

If your Organisation has work-account connection enabled:
  1. Open the relevant settings area in the Portal.
  2. Choose Google or Microsoft.
  3. Follow the provider’s consent flow.
  4. Return to Trivexis and confirm the connection status.

Troubleshooting

If connection fails, check that:
  • you used the correct work account
  • your browser did not block the provider sign-in window
  • your organisation allows the requested provider permissions
  • you completed the provider consent step
