Drafts and Approvals are how Trivexis keeps assisted work controlled.
Drafts
A Draft is suggested content or a proposed next step that has not been approved yet. Drafts are
useful when Trix can save time, but a person should still check the result.
Review drafts for:
- accuracy
- customer context
- tone and brand voice
- compliance-sensitive wording
- timing
Approvals
An Approval is the explicit human confirmation that a draft or action is ready to proceed.
Before approving, ask:
- Is this correct for the customer?
- Does it match the agency’s tone?
- Is anything missing?
- Would I be comfortable if this were sent or actioned now?
Do not approve a draft just because it is well written. Approve it only when it is accurate and
appropriate for the situation.
