Brief content depends on your Organisation, connected systems, and rollout status. It may include:
- items that need attention
- upcoming work
- customer or conversation context
- reminders or follow-ups
- operational signals from connected systems
How To Use Brief
Read Brief as a starting point for the day. It is most useful when you use it to decide what to
open next:
- Scan the priorities.
- Open items that look time-sensitive.
- Move to Inbox or Needs you when Brief points at something actionable.
- Ask Trix for context if you need a summary before acting.
